Objectives of the Course
|
The aim of the course is to provide students with theoretical knowledge of administrative law based on court decisions. With this information, it is aimed to gain the ability to identify and resolve possible disputes they may encounter against administrative law.

Course Content
|
Within the scope of the course are covered that public officials; civil service; constitutional principles in entering the civil service; Duties and obligations, prohibitions and rights of civil servants; salaries and promotion of civil servants; disciplinary and criminal proceedings against civil servants; financial responsibilities of civil servants; property and acquisition methods of the administration; activities of administration, public service; the operations and actions of the administration;administrative contracts.
