2 To understand the legal character of the state as an institution.
3 To compare the political aspect of the state with its legal aspect.
4 To know the legal position of the state in the international arena.
5 To compare the types of state in terms of historical and legal aspects.
6 To be able to interpret the three powers of the state and the arrangement of these powers.
7 To understand the elements of the state as country, population and sovereignty.
8 To examine the element of sovereignty in constitutions.
9 To know the meaning of the concept of sovereignty historically and can compare them.
10 To understand and compare practical views on government.
11 Using political and economic history, he/she can combine positive legal regulations with the theoretical views he has learned.
