Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to teach the function, historical development, authority, functioning of the constitutional judiciary, which assumes an indispensable task in the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the supremacy and bindingness of the constitution, and the implementation of the rule of law, and the effects and consequences of the Constitutional Court decisions in the light of doctrine and court decisions.At the end of this course, it is aimed that the student will gain the ability to interpret and analyze the Constitutional Court decisions in various aspects.
Course Content Within the scope of this course, the needs that reveal the constitutional jurisdiction, constitutional jurisdiction models, the formation of the Constitutional Court, the ways of controlling norms, the types and results of the decisions that the Constitutional Court can give, the individual application way will be covered.
