Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to establish the framework of data protection law at national and international level.
Course Content The content of the course consists of legal sources of national and international personal data protection law, legal nature of personal data protection and the examination of the case law of national and international judicial bodies.

2 To understand the role of the European Court of Human Rights, the European Court of Justice and national high courts in the protection of personal data

4 To understand the conditions under which the right to privacy and the right to protection of personal data can be limited
