Objectives of the Course To gain knowledge and skills about children with special needs and their general characteristics. To gain knowledge about the reasons for special needs, their diagnosis and education. To gain information about inclusion practices. To provide information about working with families.
Course Content Children with special needs and special education, developmental disabilities, mental disability and autistic disorders, learning disabilities, hearing disabilities, language and speech disorders, emotional and behavioral disorders, visual disabilities, physical disabilities, superior intelligence and ability, inclusion, early education, in the world and special education practices in Turkey.
