Objectives of the Course It is to explain the contemporary practices regarding production management activities by understanding the management of the production unit in detail in order for the enterprises to survive under competitive conditions.
Course Content Understanding of productivity as well as learning the basic concepts of production management, production systems. How the product is designed, how we forecast the demand, what should we pay attention to in the selection of technology, etc. It is the examination and interpretation of the production stages.
