Objectives of the Course This is a main course designed as an overview of the theories and practice of management. The concept of management is presented as a discipline as well as a process. The course will cover the basic functions of management: planning, organizing, leading and controlling.
Course Content Discussion related with foundations and history of management, management theories, organizational environment and culture, ethics and four functions of management.
