1 Be familiarized with the principles and application fields of material processes
2 Theories of machining have knowledge of cutting tools, chip formation, cutting fluids, machinability, tool life, machining operations and workbenches
3 Recognize the concepts that make up the welding technique and the relationships
4 Be able to compare casting methods by different point of view and be able to define casting defects, their reasons and measurements that can be taken
5 Comprehend fundemantals of bulk forming and sheet metal forming

14 Other disposable mold casting methods. Permanent mold casting methods, classification, principles. Casting defects and control.
