Objectives of the Course In this course, learning basic concepts about logic circuits, analysis methods of logic circuits and various design methods of logic circuits are aimed.
Course Content Numeral systems, Boolean algebra, combinational logic circuit elements, combinational logic circuit analysis and design, reduction of Boole functions, Karnaugh maps, functional structures of medium-scale (MSI) and large-scale integrated circuits (LSI) and circuit design using MSI and LSI circuits, circuit design using programmable logic circuits, sequential circuits and flip-flops, analysis and design of synchronous logic circuits, registers, counters, memory units.
