Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to provide the necessary knowledge to understand the functions and benefits of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. At the end of this course, students will learn the effects of an ERP system and how an ERP software integrates business processes using an ERP program.
Course Content Development of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), basic concepts related to ERP; The importance of ERP for businesses; Basic modules of ERP systems: Production planning, sales and distribution, material management, finance, human resources, project management; ERP market in the world and Turkey; ERP systems in the market; Management of ERP projects, challenges in ERP projects and critical success factors, the future of ERP systems, applications of an ERP system.
