Objectives of the Course To give information about project management and key management issues affecting project success. • Provide basic information about project management functions • Optimization of time management and cost analysis. • To provide information about innovative product design and service processes and management and evaluation of technologies. • To give information about linear programming and optimization (resource assignment, time-cost balance) problems related to project management.
Course Content Introduction to project management, general information about project management knowledge fields, project integration management, project scope management, project time management, project cost management, project quality management, project human resource management, project communication management, project risk management, project supply management, cost and timed project planning, planning methods, gantt and bar diagrams, networks, (cpm and pert), arrow and priority systems, resource assignment, time and cost optimization, probability based and deterministic networks, computer applications (primavera, msproject ), innovative product and service design, management of project management technologies, business planning, evaluation of technologies and commercialization.
