Objectives of the Course
The course introduces new drawing techniques and materials to the student who knows basic drawing elements. The student gains the skill of seeing and drawing from simple geometric figures to complex shapes and forms and strengthens the infrastructure with new drawing and painting techniques. It enables the student to use the material in the most effective way while supporting the creative thinking and implementing his idea in the following classes. Moreover, it aims to provide visual and hand skills for the compositions that will be formed in computer environment.
Course Content Drawing elements such as point, line, plan, volume, texture, tone, light-shadow, contrast, color, space and perspective, depth, motion, proportion ratio. A language of expression specific to the student with a variety of contemporary materials and colors.
