Objectives of the Course In today’s world, it aims to understand human and group behaviors in the working environment, using scientific methods in order to increase individual and organizational effectiveness and performance.
Course Content To provide students with necessary knowledge and skills on different perspectives, theories, models and approaches proposed in understanding and evaluating human behaviors so that they can beclosely examined, enforced and advertised in the field of communication.
