Objectives of the Course
|
The aim of this course is to equip students with the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to analyse business problems. The course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to learn the concepts, techniques and methodology of business policy and strategic management and to apply their knowledge gained through case studies and case analyses in solving complex business problems.

Course Content
|
Strategic management model of businesses, external and internal environment analyses, industry and competition analysis, strategic planning: Mission, vision and business policies, objectives and goals, strategic options for firms and strategy formulation, strategic plan applications, strategic financial planning, evaluation and audit etc.
