2 At the end of this course, students will have knowledge of current developments in criminal law doctrine in the area of sexual offences.
3 At the end of the course, students will have knowledge of the current types of offences in the area of political crimes in the criminal law of European countries.
4 At the end of this course, students will have knowledge about the prohibition of death penalty, torture and chemical castration.
5 At the end of this course, students will have knowledge of symbolic criminal law and the prohibition of symbols in criminal law.
6 At the end of this course, students will have knowledge about the transformation of criminal law and a new criminal law debate.
7 At the end of this course, students will have knowledge about femicide and battered women's syndrome.
