Objectives of the Course The aim of the course is to provide students with the ability to resolve disputes regarding fundamental rights and freedoms through individual application and to comprehend the knowledge and methods of effective protection of fundamental rights and freedoms through individual application.
Course Content Within the scope of the course, the regime of fundamental rights and freedoms, the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court and its function in the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms will be critically examined in the light of the decisions of the Constitutional Court on individual application.
Course Methods and Techniques Aktif öğrenme. Temel bilgilerin aktarılmasından sonra karşılıklı olarak öğrenilen yeni kavramlara uygun bakış açısı oluşturma, birbiriyle çelişmeyen gerekçelendirme aşamalarının oluşturulması.
