Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to provide students with sufficient knowledge on topics such as the concept of quality, historical development process and stages, total quality management principles, process adequacy, machine adequacy, quality control schemes.

Course Methods and Techniques The course will be supported by interactive discussions, group work and case studies. Students will also be evaluated with midterm and final exams.
