Objectives of the Course This course aims to provide nursing students with the necessary psychomotor skills to understand the theories required for effective care management, and to coordinate safe patient care, which are included in the planning, organization, execution, coordination, evaluation functions of nursing services management.
Course Content This course includes management theories, planning, organizing, executing, controlling and evaluating functions of nursing management, budget planning, job analysis, job descriptions, human resources management, conflict resolution, disciplinary process, motivation and job satisfaction, Problem solving and change management in nursing, performance evaluation, information management, records, efficiency, quality management and accreditation, nursing care management models, physical landscaping, legal and professional issues in nursing, change project development and management skills development.
