Objectives of the Course
|
The Graphic Pattern course aims to provide students with advanced pattern skills, improve their creative expression abilities and strengthen the visual communication skills required for professional design projects. This course aims to increase students' visual perception, aesthetic understanding and technical abilities.

Course Methods and Techniques
|
Advanced Drawing Techniques Description: Students produce more complex visual solutions using advanced drawing methods. The focus is on detailed observation, form analysis, and precise line control. Sample Techniques: Advanced graphite toning, fine-line ink drawings, reinforcing texture with pastel, line variations with a digital drawing pen Creative Expression and Innovative Approaches Description: Students explore original idea generation, personal style development, and creative expression within graphic drawing. Experimental line use and alternative surface exploration are encouraged. Sample Techniques: Abstract drawing experiments, concept sketch development, mixed-media applications Visual Perception, Aesthetics and Composition Description: Students interpret form, perspective, light–shadow and balance through line. They develop the ability to build composition, hierarchy, and focal point within a graphic drawing language. Sample Techniques: Perspective sketches, composition studies, tonal value and contrast distribution From Object to Scene: Multi-Object Analytical Drawing Description: Students move from single-object studies to multi-object arrangements and analyze scene setups. Depth, scale, spatial relationships, and visual rhythm are strengthened. Sample Techniques: Multi-object studies, tabletop composition drawings, rhythm-and-balance-oriented scene sketches
