Course Learning Outcomes: Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1 Define and interpret basic concepts of management systems.
2 They can use the management systems they learn to solve productivity problems they encounter in their own work.
3 They can apply problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis and PUKÖ cycle, which form the basis of management systems. They gain competence and skills that will increase the efficiency of the institutions they will work in by internalizing concepts such as data analysis and traceability.
