Objectives of the Course To convey to students the information necessary for the effective management of social media and to support them in developing creative ideas in this field by encouraging them to think about how social media can be used in a positive way in communication processes.
Course Content The importance of social media for individuals and institutions. How to determine the management strategy for social media? Determining the target audience, Is there prime time on social media? Determination of publication policy for social media, Advertising and product placement in social media publications, Responding to criticism, comments and questions on social media, Agenda setting and chat management in social media, Campaign management in social media, Crisis management in social media.
