Objectives of the Course
|
In this course, the student will recognize the concept of mechatronics and have a perspective on the development of mechatronic systems. Recognize the design and production processes of mechatronic systems. Will be able to define a problem and develop solutions within the framework of mechatronics approach.

Course Content
|
Engineering design methods in mechatronics, structure and sub-parts of systems, automation, basic elements of automation and automation pyramid. Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS), control units, control systems and control systems structural elements, block diagrams, sensors, actuators. Basic mechanical elements. Mechatronics design applications with examples. Robot Structure and Working Patterns, Robot Sensor Units, Robot Mechanical System Fundamentals, Robot Control System, Robot Applicators, Robot Programming. Motion systems, linear actuators and application calculations rotary actuators and application calculations. Mechatronics design application.
