Objectives of the Course It aims to provide students with comprehensive knowledge about the fundamental elements and mechanisms used in mechanical systems. This course focuses on teaching the functions, design criteria, and operating principles of various machine elements (e.g., gears, bearings, shafts, fasteners, etc.). Additionally, by covering topics such as kinematic analysis of mechanisms, motion transmission, and power transfer, the course aims to equip students with problem-solving skills for challenges they may encounter in the machine design process.
