Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to reduce the human error in aircraft accidents and to have knowledge of flight safety issues in order to minimize the crash of aircraft and in this way it is also necessary to improve their flight safety skills.

Course Learning Outcomes: Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1 Knows the purpose and importance of Crew Resource Management and explains the concept of human factors in aviation.
2 Knows the importance of teamwork, team unity and effective communication for cabin crew. Recognizes stress factors and grasps time management and conflict management skills.
3 Understand the importance of situational judgment awareness, behaviors and decision-making skills in flight safety in order to prevent accidents in aviation.
4 In order for the cabin and cockpit crew to conduct a safe flight, they will gain skills in using all available resources in the most effective way and will learn how to provide total effective communication.
