Objectives of the Course Learn procedures to ensure safe and secure operation of civil aviation activities by executing pre-flight preparations in accordance with instructions. Possess knowledge of aviation security measures, including historical aircraft hijackings and airport attacks, and the subsequent countermeasures, penalties, and enforcement actions. Understand the barriers and equipment that secure the airside and landside of the airport, passenger transport rules, sterile cockpit procedures, and the requirements of normal operations. Perform practical pre-flight passenger briefing and manage disruptive/passenger-involved scenarios in line with established rules. Recognize the importance of human factors in aviation accidents and incidents and comprehend the significance of crew resource management.

Conduct in SAFA, SANA, SACA inspections
Personal security precautions cabin crew must take before the flight
Cabin crew pre-flight preparation procedures, briefing-debriefing processes

Evacuation of a passenger from the aircraft in a controlled manner
Pre-flight security search
Communication with the cockpit, cockpit access procedures
Mental readiness during landing and takeoff
Procedures to be implemented if luggage is lost on board, suspicious objects, or bombs are found
