Course Learning Outcomes: Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1 To have the history of Pilates, basic knowledge and skills to be acquired in the field, professional and scientific ethics awareness.
2 Master the anatomical and physiological knowledge of Pilates at level 1.
3 Able to plan and manage the training science plan and program belonging to Pilates at a basic level.
4 Have a basic level of Pilates, teaching methods and technical knowledge.
5 Follows the national and international development of Pilates at the basic level.
6 Master Pre-Pilates, Mat, Reformer technical information at level 1 and recognize and apply Pilates support materials.
7 Learn Instructor Skills, psycho-social aspects of participation in Pilates sessions and Progression procedures in Pilates.
8 Manage member registration and assessment, programming, delivery and member relations.
9 Learns the structure and principles of basic technique and the original 34 Pilates exercises.
10 Have knowledge about Pilates exercises to be applied in the lives of sedentary individuals. Analyze individuals with different postures and train with them at a basic level.
