Objectives of the Course It is to teach general chemistry subjects at the basic level to the students of nutrition and dietetics department. For this purpose, it is aimed to give basic principles and properties in chemistry, to establish the relationship between chemistry and health sciences, to understand the molecular logic of life, to comprehend the logic of chemical and biochemical reactions, and as a result, to make some events encountered in daily life more understandable by associating them with chemistry.
