Objectives of the Course
|
This course focuses on the scientific, economic and ecological problems that constitute the root causes of the global climate change threat and the institutions involved in negotiations of widespread international importance on climate change. Examining what regulations are planned at all scales for the problems encountered today and that may be encountered in the future regarding global climate change and sustainability, which require urgent action, and monitoring the current literature and scientific data on the subject are the issues that are emphasized.

This course is designed to enable you to critically analyze climate change and sustainability issues. The topics to be covered within the scope of the course will be discussed from economic and political perspectives. In this context, current developments regarding sustainable development goals will be discussed in detail.
