Determination of hazards and risks for sectors such as universities and educational institutions, industrial kitchens, accommodation activities, food products production, textile and ready-made clothing production sector, chemistry and biology laboratories, mining sector, metal and machinery sector, construction sector etc.

Course Methods and Techniques

Each week, students identify hazards and risks specific to a different sector and prepare a report.
