Objectives of the Course Havacılıkta hizmet kavramı ile beraber temel pazarlama kazanımı verilerek havayolu işletmelerinde yolcu profili ve pazarlama stratejileri hakkında bilgi sahibi olunmasını sağlamak.
Course Content Basic concepts about aviation system. Concepts related to cabin assistant.
Basic concepts of marketing. Airline market structure. Special passengers for airlines: Infant, child, escort-unaccompanied child passengers, young passengers, detainees, inad, deporte, passengers with limited mobility. Quality concept, external supervisors of airlines.
