Strategic HRM Individual performance and motivation; Rethinking HR. Staffing in Organizations; Code of Ethics, Jobs: Procurement and selection: Job descriptions: Procurement process; Interview and staff selection. Educational Development: The nature of education, Determination of educational needs and approaches, Evaluation of education. Development Needs Analysis; Approaches; Performance and Career Management; Career and career planning; Measurement of performance; Performance Management System Wages and Rewards; Total Fee; Variable wages and incentives, Wage Management, Additional employee benefits Employee-Employer (Labor) Relations; Occupational health and safety; Employee rights; Collective Labor Relations To reveal the differences between International Human Resources Management and local human resources management activities and to address basic human resources functions from an international perspective.
