Objectives of the Course Revealing the basic knowledge and practices related to the basic functions of human resources management within the framework of a strategic perspective.
Course Content Introduction to Human Resources Management; What is Human Resources? Development and elements of Human Resources Management; The roles, activities and responsibilities of HRM; The main issues of HRM in today's business environment; Line and staff functions of HRM. Strategic HRM Individual performance and motivation; Rethinking HR. Staffing in Organizations; Code of Ethics, Jobs: Procurement and selection: Job descriptions: Procurement process; Interview and staff selection. Educational Development: The nature of education, Determination of educational needs and approaches, Evaluation of education. Development Needs Analysis; Approaches; Performance and Career Management; Career and career planning; Measurement of performance; Performance Management System Wages and Rewards; Total Fee; Variable wages and incentives, Wage Management, Additional employee benefits Employee-Employer (Labor) Relations; Occupational health and safety; Employee rights; Collective Labor Relations To reveal the differences between International Human Resources Management and local human resources management activities and to address basic human resources functions from an international perspective.

The main method of the course is lecture and discussion of various cases to be covered.
