Objectives of the Course With this course, it is aimed to teach the principles of nutrition that should be applied in special situations such as infancy, childhood, adolescent, elderly, working, sport nutrition, pregnancy and lactation and menopause, vegetarian, nutritional deficiencies and diseases experienced, and to create a menu and recipes suitable for improving human health during these periods.
