Objectives of the Course To enable the student to present his four-year gastronomy and culinary arts achievements with an original study by using scientific methods with the guidance of a faculty member; To gain the ability to prepare projects, reports and articles.
Course Content Topic research, subject selection, field review and draft content development, content preparation, research and writing reports according to the content and scientific rules, evaluation of the report, delivery of the report and defense of the prepared report before the jury and applied presentations.
