Objectives of the Course It aims to provide students with advanced technical drawing skills.
Course Content This course focuses on traditional drawing methods and standards, allowing students to learn the processes of measuring, drawing and project design. The course content begins with the basics of technical drawing. Students will learn about drawing tools and materials, drawing standards and symbols, and will understand how to create a correct drawing environment. By focusing on measuring methods and drawing techniques, correct measurement, proportion and scaling are taught.

The course continues with hand drawing techniques. Basic geometric shapes are practiced on the plane using freehand and sharp drawing methods. Interior space plans and section drawings are important for students to better understand and represent spaces. In this context, studies are conducted on the preparation of interior space plans and the creation of section drawings. In addition, drawing architectural details is emphasized, and elements such as windows, doors and wall details are taught.

Students will develop their skills in presenting and expressing their drawings effectively. Applied drawing studies allow students to put into practice the techniques they have learned by working on their own projects. During this process, students' critical thinking and evaluation skills are supported by organizing in-group feedback sessions.
At the end of the course, ethics and drawing standards in interior architecture are discussed. The importance of complying with professional standards is emphasized.
