Objectives of the Course This course aims to enable students to apply theoretical knowledge in the field of human resources management to practice and to develop field-related professional skills.
Course Content During the 4th semester, students will complete one full semester of practical training in profession-related institutions or organizations approved by the program.
Course Methods and Techniques Practical training, workplace observation, on-site learning, professional practice, process monitoring, reporting, and evaluation.
