Objectives of the Course It is aimed to provide students with theoretical and practical skills specific to the case/incident in order to equip them with lifesaving skills and to minimize the effects of injuries and emergencies.
The aim is to ensure the maintenance of vital functions, to prevent the worsening of the patient/injured person's condition, to facilitate recovery, and to provide first aid knowledge and skills in case of accidents that may occur during work.

Course Methods and Techniques Lectures with presentations and video screenings, basic life support, automatic external defibrillator application to all students, demonstration of bandage, tourniquet and patient handling techniques.
