Objectives of the Course To know the welding and the manufacturing and application of standards for Quality Assurance
Course Content he concept of quality assurance and quality control (analysis, including continuous improvements), welding engineer / technologist / specialist / practitioner functions in a variety of industrial activities, Standards (QMS manual, ISO 9000, ISO 3834, national and international standards of quality during production control requirements and function, including traceability welder / operator and welding procedure qualification with the relevant standards, the need for calibration and source parameters izlenmesi.Ulusal, regional and international standards documentation, for example, WPS, welded constructions quality advantages, the source sequence, resource coordination and inspection personnel, qualification, duties and responsibilities (ISO 14 731, ISO 9712 or national standards), procedure qualification (as described in ISO 15607 de) and national standards, welding procedure specifications (WPS) how to create and develop, welder qualification (ISO 9606 series , EN 287-1 and national standards), welding operator qualification) EN 1418, ISO and national standards), traceability (material identification, welder / welding operator, procedures, certificates), control and storage of production data monitoring.
