Objectives of the Course This course aims to provide general information about the concept of law and legal systems.
Course Content Relationship between law and other social rules, types of rules of law, concept of law, legal systems, hierarchy of norms, sources of law, legalization, some problems of Turkish positive law, types of interpretation, interpretation methods, sanctions, public branches of law, private branches of law, types of rights, protection of rights, Turkish judicial organization
