1 Students, can create and edit professional documents using the basic tools of Microsoft Word and Excel.
2 Students gain the ability to format text, create tables, and generate charts in Word.
3 Students can perform data analysis by learning basic mathematical operations and commonly used functions in Excel.
4 Students can visualize data using charts and Pivot Tables in Excel.
5 Students can support decision-making processes by solving problems and conducting analyses with office applications.

1 The aim and objective of the course is to develop Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
2 Introduction to computers and the digital world, basic concepts.
3 Definition of operating systems, desktop, file and folder management.
4 Introduction to Microsoft Word and basic tools with interface overview.
5 Writing, selecting fonts, and text formatting techniques.
6 Paragraph alignment, page layout, and inserting tables.
7 Techniques for adding pictures, shapes, SmartArt, and charts.
8 Midterm exam
9 Introduction to Excel and understanding cells, rows, and columns.
10 Data entry in cells and basic mathematical operations.
11 Working with commonly used Excel functions and formulas.
12 Creating data tables and performing simple analyses.
13 Adding, customizing charts, and data visualization techniques.
