Objectives of the Course
|
The aim of this course is to learn the basic concepts of criminal law and the principles that dominate the criminal law, and to examine the main crimes in the "Special Provisions" section of the Turkish Penal Code according to the scheme of the elements of the crime.

Course Content
|
The content of this course consists of the principles that dominate the criminal law, the theory of crime, the theory of sanctions, international criminal law and the extradition of criminals, as well as the main provisions in the Special Provisions section of the Turkish Penal Code and the sanctions applied to them.
