Objectives of the Course The fundamental aim of this course is to equip students with the essential concepts and strategies needed to understand and manage the long-term development process of athletes. Long-term athlete development requires a comprehensive approach in the physical, mental, and social domains. This course provides students with a foundation to address factors such as training, nutrition, psychological preparation, and performance monitoring to maximize athletes' potential.
