Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to enable students to learn the conceptual and technical aspects of digital video production processes; to analyze the relationship between digital image, sound, editing, and narrative; and to gain the ability to create a short film and shoot the produced film. The course aims to develop students' creative thinking skills, enable them to gain different perspectives, and produce original video projects in line with contemporary digital video practices by interweaving practical and artistic knowledge.
Course Content Fundamental concepts of digital video production; digital image and sound technologies; camera, lighting, and composition; editing and post-production processes; digital narrative structures; digital video practices in the context of short video, experimental video, and new media. Within the scope of the course, students reinforce their theoretical knowledge through practical work and produce individual or group projects.
Course Methods and Techniques This course aims to provide basic information on video and audio processing. It covers the process of preparing video for broadcast on different systems by processing video, audio, and color within the Adobe Premiere Pro program.

1 Dijital video üretim süreci kapsamında gerekli kaynak materyalleri tespit ederek ses ve görüntü organizasyonunu planlayabilme ve uygulayabilme.
2 Grafik, animasyon ve yazı (tipografi) öğelerini kurgu sürecinde etkin biçimde kullanarak tamamlanan projeyi, yürürlükteki yayın standartlarına uygun şekilde dijital ortama aktarabilme.
3 Farklı video çekim yöntemlerini öğrenerek kamera, ışık ve kadrajlama konularında uygulamalı deneyim kazanabilme.

3 Dijital görüntü formatları, çözünürlük, kare hızı; ses türleri ve temel ses kayıt prensipleri.
4 Kamera türleri, çekim ölçekleri, kamera hareketleri ve kadrajlama uygulamaları.
