Objectives of the Course	The aim of this course is; It is to teach the basic terms in organizational culture, organization, management and organization, to show the duties and responsibilities of the stakeholders in sports management, to understand the sports structuring and sports organization structure in Turkey, and to examine the fields of the sports sector.
Course Content	This lesson; It includes Basic Concepts in Behavioral Sciences, Introduction to Organizational Behavior, Emotions and Values, Attitudes, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment, Groups and Their Characteristics in Organizations, Groups and Team Work, Organizational Culture, Creativity and Innovation, Motivation in Organizations, Commitment and Motivation in Organizations.
