Objectives of the Course	The aim of this course is to enable the student to examine the relationship between education and law and the right to education in accordance with national and international legal documents, to explain the documents related to the rights and responsibilities of educational stakeholders and to discuss the problems and suggestions related to education law.
Course Content	- Basic law concepts, resources and branches, -The relationship between education and law, -The scope and importance of education law, -The basic concepts related to the right to education, - National legal resources of the right to education, - International sources of education right, - Legal documents related to the rights and responsibilities of educational stakeholders, - Problems of education law and solutions.
