Objectives of the Course Which rules should be followed by institutions, businesses and employees in aviation; To provide general information to students in terms of both ground handling and air transport activities.

Warsaw Convention and The Hague Protocol, Montreal Convention, International and regional organizations: International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC), Eurocontrol, European Civil Aviation Authorities Association (JAA), Competition and Cooperation Regulations in Air Transport, Turkish Civil Aviation Legislation; Aircraft: Concept and Types, Legal Nature of Aircraft
