Objectives of the Course Definition and nature of measurement-evaluation, analysis and organization of measurement, areas of measurement of the performance of people with disabilities (Cognitive, Sensory and Deviişsel). Field-specific measuring instruments, validity-reliability and standardization of measuring instruments. Measurement tools for different sports and special cases are discussed.
Course Content It includes definition and importance of measurement, fundamentals of measurement, scales, measurement errors (structure and selectivity of scales), measurement of cognitive and emotional behaviors, measurement of psychomotor behaviors, evaluation, structure and selectivity of motor performance tests, evaluation of motor skill tests, measurement in special fields.
