Objectives of the Course To know and apply teaching methods and spotting techniques of artistic gymnastics elements in 9-11 year old girls (vault table, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise apparatus) and boys (floor exercise, pummel house, rings, vault table, parallel bars and high bar apparatus) competition series, to teach and learn basic strength, balance and flexibility exercise in artistic gymnastics skills in different apparatus which are the basic of the performance sport branches, to learn special training methods of artistic gymnastics related age group, to use artistic gymnastics knowledge that learned in their sports branches as a trainer, to learn helping methods related to gymnastics and to have detail information about artistic gymnastics (women and man) competition rules.
Course Content Based on the theoretical aspects of sports science knowledge and skills into practice for sports branch, artistic gymnastics, swimming under different conditions of information to support the teaching of applications includes making.
