2 Fundemental of positions and displacements - Underhand pass technique.
3 Reception technique - Overarm pass techniques.
4 Improving drills of over and underhand passes - Over and underhand passes with hard and mixed drills.
5 Service types - Service, reception and set drills.
6 Services and tennis service - Tennis service and reception.
7 Midterm exam
8 Block technique - Drills of double and triple blocks with different steps.
9 Dives (forward-back-side) - Mixed technique drills with 2, 3 and 4 groups.
10 Mixed technique drills with 3, 4 and 5 groups and team drills - Preparation of team game.
11 Theories of 4-2 system - Application of 4-2 system (when setter is number 2 and 3).
12 Theories of 5-1 system-Application of 5-1 system.
13 Theories of 6-0 system - Application of 6-0 system.
14 Final exam
