Objectives of the Course To have knowledge about human physiology and systems which constitute human organism.
Course Content Having information about the effects of aerobic and anaerobic exercise on organism. Also, the effects of nutrition on performance and anthropometric changes on physique associated with exercise. Knowing the effects of exercise which doing in different environments on organism. and keep oneself informed of the latest developments about physiology.
