Objectives of the Course
This course provides standards and guidelines for the design, construction and technology of wellness / fitness facility to help create a healthy and safe physical activity environment for facility users.

National regulations and laws, types and categories of fitness centers, sports areas, technical areas and properties, safety requirements, ventilation, light, sound, heating, security systems, floor properties, software and equipment technologies used in enterprises

2 Students understand how to design fitness centers ergonomically and functionally.
3 They acquire knowledge about the placement and use of fitness equipment.

1 Fitness merkezleri tasarım ve dizaynı ile ilgili ulusal uyulması gereken standartlar.
2 Fitness merkezleri tasarım ve dizaynı ile ilgili uluslar arası uyulması gereken standartlar.
3 Fitness merkezi çeşitleri. Yeni bir tesisi tasarım ve dizaynı yapılırken dikkat edilmesi gereken en önemli konular.
4 Fitness merkezinde yer alması planlanan aktivite ve diğer teknik alanların büyüklüklerinin ve birbirleri arasındaki ulaşımın planlanması.
5 Tüm kullanım alanlarının yapısal olarak ve kullanılacak malzeme açısından güvenli tasarlanması. Ayrıca aktivete alanlarının aktivite türüne özel ek güvenlik ihtiyaçları.
6 Fraklı aktivite alanları için uygun havalandırma ve ısıtma/soğutma sistemleri ve standartları.
7 Aydınlatma ve ses sistemleri.
